Welcoming the New barn Cats!
Today our farm’s newest additions arrived…two cute and friendly little barn kittens named Asterisk and Zak. They are fitting in perfectly with the rest of the farm animals.
Maple Season
We are gathering and boiling Maple Sap on the farm this week to make syrup…For our Catskills agritourism Bed and Breakfast this is the first sign of spring. Soon, the snow will melt and the flowers will begin to poke above the ground. This is also the time of year that the baby lambs start to go outside and explore the farm. If you would like to see us make syrup, we have reservations available at the B&B!
Lambing Season is Done!
Pumpkin just had a BIG, beautiful, baby girl! So, we are now officially done with lambing season….NINE beautiful babies
Suzie – 3 boys (Larry, Mo, and Curley)
Blackie – 1 boy, 1 girl (Athena and Zeus)
Fluffy – 1 boy, 1 girl (Antony and Cleopatra)
Little Bit – 1 girl (still to be named!)
Pumpkin – 1 girl (still to be named!)
